What was the first real signal that your solution worked outside the lab or pitch deck, and what did that moment change for you?

The inflection point was the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona. We started receiving daily inbound leads from cities and infrastructure operators around the world and were invited to pitch at major global events.

That moment shifted us from validation mode to acceleration mode. We knew the demand was real, and it was time to scale.

Can you briefly describe your project and where it stood when you entered Venture Kick?

We had just returned from Barcelona with strong traction, paid pilots in multiple countries, and a system already operating in real-world environments.

The technology worked and the market response was clear. What we needed at that stage was structure to scale efficiently.

How has the direction of your product/service/product strategy changed since working with the Venture Kick Team?

We moved from project-based execution to building the foundation of a high-growth startup. That meant incorporation, IP clarification, structured product tiers, an equity round with 18 world-class advisors, team expansion, and a clear path toward repeatable product market fit.

How will the Stage 2 funding help you advance your project concretely?

Stage 2 funding allows us to accelerate global deployments, strengthen product development, and turn traction into structured growth. It also helps us prepare for a substantial Seed round in the fall with stronger metrics and institutional momentum.
