Consumers are looking for healthy, tasty and sustainable "centre of the plate" products as animal-alternative food; and they are not satisfied by the ultra-processed, globally sourced products available today. At Yumame Foods, our mission is to fulfill this need and play a key role in the transition to a truly sustainable global food system.
We use fungi and fermentation in a novel way to create superior healthy, tasty and sustainable products as "centre of the plate" that are locally produced with a circularity approach and are minimally processed. For that we collaborate with technology partners and culinary chefs.
