Voltiris commercializes the first solar modules for glass greenhouses, enabling dual use of surfaces by generating electricity while improving crop productivity through lower summer temperatures. This boosts energy independence, profitability, and reduces carbon footprint. Its technology filters sunlight, transmitting wavelengths needed for photosynthesis while converting the rest into renewable energy. Installed inside greenhouses, it requires no building permits. Voltiris has proven its solution in 20 projects worldwide, including industrial-scale deployments i, and is scaling with 7–10 projects planned for 2026 (~CHF 7M revenue). In January 2025, it raised CHF 4.8M in a seed round co-led by EquityPitcher and 3M.
