Flyability is building safe drones for inaccessible places. By allowing drones to be used safely in cities, inside buildings, and in contact with people, it enables new interactions and services with UAVs and solving the two most critical issues of one of the fastest growing industries: collisions and injury risks.

Why do you choose China as your business development destination?
The Chinese market is very big. Our UAVs can be applied to many important industries in China, such as the energy industry, oil and gas, marine resources and so on. In addition, the Chinese market has a good awareness and a wide range of application of UAVs. As we all know, many industries in China have started to use UAVs, such as power lines in the power line inspection, so expand the applications of UAVs in these industries would be easier.

What are your expectations and how will you utilize the opportunity to participate in venture leaders China to expand your business?
By participating in the venture leaders China program, we want to introduce ourselves to the Chinese market so that people can know that collision-tolerant UAVs exist and they are capable of carrying out industrial safety tests. We also hope to meet people of the same industry and find some joint-projects to develop the UAV market. Our last expectation of this trip is to understand the distribution of foreign enterprises in China, and whether there are some preferential policies and supports for foreign enterprises, especially for startups like us, and we would like to explore the investment environment in China.
