UNOMR AG, a techBio startup from ETH Zurich, is developing next-generation protein sensors to solve one of the biggest blind spots in modern biology and medicine: our inability to fully read and understand proteins.
Envisioning single-molecule protein sequencing through their innovative interface nanopore sensor, UNOMR currently focuses on protein glycosylation occupancy on a single molecule level.
Our goal is to enable every lab to read proteins as easily as DNA is read today and transform protein sequencing from a complex research challenge into a practical and scalable tool for pharma, biotech, food innovation, and academia to catalyse the next breakthrough in precision medicine.
