SwissInspect combines structural engineering, computer vision, and artificial intelligence to provide infrastructure and building inspection services and a SaaS application for various B2B sectors, including maintenance operators, asset
owners, and insurance companies. We acquire and then analyze images of infrastructure and buildings to detect various structural defects and create numerical physics-based models to predict whether mechanical loading caused the damage. This serves as information for scenario-based maintenance intervention planning. Thanks to highly automated data acquisition with drones, coupled with automatic damage detection algorithms and data interpretation using structural engineering know-how, our solution is safer and less expensive than visual inspection.
