Microscopy drives life sciences, but analysing microscope images is complicated: large data, fragmented tools, inconsistent outputs, and months of manual work that slow the discovery process and raise research costs. As experiments become multimodal and dynamic, current software cannot keep up and limit insights. Sight.ai unifies analysis into a one step platform and develops Dynamic Foundational Models that learn from live-cell data. We develop the first dynamic descriptor for static multiplexed images, merging label-free and high-plex data to augment insights. We bring leading experts in AI, microscopy, and company building. The platform and DFM target the imaging-analytics, high-content screening and spatial biology markets adding to a TAM of ±~30B.
