LeoMab is developing bispecific T cell engagers (TCEs) to enable chemo-free conditioning for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). More than 100,000 patients undergo HSCT annually, but toxic chemo-radiation conditioning remains the key bottleneck limiting access to these potentially curative therapies. LeoMab’s approach selectively depletes stem cells to create bone marrow space safely and effectively, with the goal of expanding access across oncology, autoimmune diseases, and gene therapy.
