Epilepsy diagnosis is difficult: after a first seizure, 70–80% of electroencephalograms appear normal, leading to high misdiagnosis rates and delayed treatment. Current methods lack sensitivity and fail to detect subtle abnormalities. Patients with unclear diagnosis suffer from uncontrollable seizure, cannot drive and lose jobs, on top of facing psychological distress. Our solution is an AI-powered software that provides a new reading of the routine electroencephalograms to reveal hidden patterns invisible to the human eye. By enhancing diagnostic accuracy after a first seizure, it supports neurologists in making earlier, more reliable decisions. Seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows, it enables faster treatment initiation and better outcomes, without requiring new hardware.
