CompagOs develops Bon3OID™-Dx, a blood-based functional diagnostic for early detection of bone metastases in lung, breast, and prostate cancer patients. Instead of waiting for lesions to appear on CT, PET-CT, or MRI, the test measures how a patient’s blood cells affect a living, 3D bioprinted human bone model, enabling detection of destructive bone activity 6–12 months earlier than imaging. Bon3OID™-Dx supports earlier intervention, repeat monitoring, and better treatment decisions. The platform is built on more than 10 years of ETH Zürich research. The serviceable available market is about USD 12B.
