aspaara raises CHF 2 million to develop next-gen human-centric ERP

Dynamic workforce allocation is still a struggle, especially in industries with high peak demand. aspaara's holistic AI platform goes beyond the functions of traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, helping businesses improve their efficiency as well as employee happiness. The company has raised CHF 2 million, which will be put towards further development of its platform. The startup participated in Venturelab's Swiss Prime Site workshops as well as the Scale Up Bootcamp powered by Venture Kick.

aspaara's AI platform optimizes resource planning and enables the creation of internal talent marketplaces. Talents tailor their schedules and career pathways using an AI matchmaking system that quickly identifies open work opportunities automatically.
Based on research conducted together with world-leading universities, aspaara strives to save the most valuable resource—time—while offering a talent-centered resource planning approach. aspaara’s has already been deployed in partnership with industry leaders in professional services (PwC), automotive (AMAG), aircraft operations (Swissport), and healthcare (KSB). It has proven to eliminate 6+% of incorrectly allocated labor costs, halved the time needed for planning, and reduced travel costs by nearly half by using a unique portfolio of deeply optimized matching algorithms and scoring techniques that adapt to clients' challenges, putting talents at the center of the planning.
The CHF 2 million funding, led by Wingman Ventures and additional investment from Gentian and experienced business angels, will allow aspaara to further improve its commercial software and expand its business operations beyond Switzerland. Prior to their first financing round, the founders Dr. Alexander Grimm and Dr. Kevin Zemmer had already received support from the Federal Government of Switzerland to promote science-based innovation in the interest of business and society.
