Venture Kick stage one: Meet our latest winners

How is your startup really going to make a difference? This question might seem difficult, even for the most talented entrepreneurs. Hopefully for our latest winners of Venture Kick stage one, Intento, Mako, Sqeedtime and Vigilitech, things went pretty well at Jury day. They win CHF 10’000 each and are getting ready to compete for the second round of Venture Kick, where they might win another CHF 20’000 each.

Intento develops wearable solutions for the rehabilitation of paralyzed stroke patients. Their solution extends the most effective upper limb rehabilitation approach - now available to only a minority of patients - to more than 80% of stroke survivors.
Mako crafts a zero configuration, zero data entry CRM that auto-populates itself to help teams collaborate and focus on what matters through a beautiful interface.
Sqeedtime creates a get-together app allowing users to check their friends’ activities and join them instantly. Sqeedtime aims at gathering instant messaging like WhatsApp and promotional tools like Groupon. Thereby, users would get suggestions of the best places around them and benefit from discount if they bring their friends there.
Vigilitech develops the Mouse Vigilator, a compact standalone system for mice that monitors and controls vital physiological parameters during surgical interventions.
