Daphne Technology and Scewo won the second stage of Venture Kick and will soon pitch in front of the Venture Kick jury again at the big final, where they might win another CHF 100’000.

Daphne Technology (EPFL) - Cleantech:
They're enabling air pollution control with nanotechnology. Daphne’s exhaust gas cleaning technology can help commercial ship owners to comply with the new international marine air emission regulations entering into force in 2020 in the most economical and environmentally friendly manner available, saving ship owners up to 50% in fuel costs.
Scewo - Hightech (ETHZ):
The stair climbing wheelchair. Scewo is developing a powered wheelchair which meets the demands of daily use and has the ability to climb and descend stairs safely without external help. They build the wheelchair of the 21st century! Scewo's goal is to combine the new technologies and an aesthetic design to develop a new generation wheelchair.
