The Swiss startup based in Zurich has started its collaboration with Swiss Post back in summer 2017. Since then, the two company have been running initial pilot projects and have been working towards the integration of modum’s temperature-logging devices within the Swiss Post’s track-and-trace system. Fully wireless and digital, the startup’s solution provides the pharmaceutical industry with a reliable and scalable process for monitoring the state of goods as well as demonstrating legal compliance to auditors. The solution is delivered to distributors on a per-shipment basis and its data is stored in a secure, blockchain-based data-management system allowing for efficient audit by regulators. Customizable, the solution will first demonstrate its efficiency with Swiss Post and will be then replicated for other major logistics providers across Europe.
