SolidWatts has successfully closed a pre-seed funding round, securing EUR 850,000 to support the development of its cutting-edge heating solutions. The capital will help the company scale its technology to megawatt power levels, addressing the increasing need for efficient and environmentally friendly industrial heating solutions.
With this funding, SolidWatts plans to recruit specialist engineers and business professionals to enhance its team. The company will also focus on strengthening partnerships with key industry players to broaden its market reach. This strategic move is aimed at accelerating the transition to clean, electrified industrial processes, helping industries reduce their carbon footprint while meeting growing energy demands.
The Cleantech company was ranked among the TOP 100 Swiss Startups in 2024 and participated in Venture Leaders Cleantech and won Venture Kick in 2023.
