What was the first real signal that your solution worked outside the lab or pitch deck, and what did that moment change for you?

The real signal came during one of our first pilot sessions. A Head of Calculation at a Swiss contractor uploaded a real tender into Scait, and within hours, the system flagged a liability clause his team had missed. He said, “Your system finds risks even experienced estimators miss.”
That’s when we knew we were solving a costly, real-world problem. It gave us the confidence to think bigger, and within weeks, we were in discussions with some of Switzerland’s largest construction firms.

Can you briefly describe your project and where it stood when you entered Venture Kick?

Scait is an AI platform that helps construction companies analyze tenders, identify contract risks, and generate bid submissions. Today, this process is manual, time-consuming, and prone to costly errors.
When we entered Venture Kick, we had conducted over 100 expert interviews and secured four paying co-development customers. The product was still in early development, but the problem was clearly validated.

How has the direction of your product/service/product strategy changed since working with the Venture Kick Team?

Venture Kick helped us sharpen our focus in two key ways. First, we learned to clearly communicate our business value beyond the construction industry, especially to investors and partners.
Second, we shifted from founder-led sales to building a scalable go-to-market engine. This led to our partnership with the Swiss Contractors Association, giving us access to 2,400 member companies.

How will the Stage 2 funding help you advance your project concretely?

The funding goes directly into accelerating our pipeline. We’re investing in customer acquisition, product development, and data licenses needed for our analysis engine.
Concretely, it helps us close our first enterprise pilots and convert key leads into paying customers within the next three months. Every franc is tied to deals already in motion.
