Reshape Systems addresses a growing challenge faced by modern industries: the need to deliver increasingly sophisticated products on tighter schedules, despite workforce fluctuations and supply chain instability. The company, who recently won Venture Kick, leverages over a decade of experience in designing safety-critical systems, combined with cutting-edge AI, to support risk analysis, certification, and engineering efficiency.

Its platform enables clients to reduce engineering costs, improve knowledge retention, and shorten time-to-market, while upholding high safety and reliability standards. In April, Reshape Systems launched its minimum viable product and has since completed a successful pilot project with CERN focused on autonomous AI models in Fire Safety Engineering. The results of this collaboration will be presented at the Interflam 2025 conference.

With a team of five and several ongoing paid pilot projects involving industry and certification bodies, the company is gaining traction. In addition to securing funding, Reshape Systems won the first-place prize in the Tech4Trust Award, graduated from the Swiss Microsoft AI Accelerator, and became the inaugural startup of the CERN Venture Connect program, which supports deep-tech ventures with access to CERN technologies, expert mentorship, and industry networks.
