The past few years have been good to Relish. Since its foundation in 2013, Relish has seen its yearly sales grow by 300% and its production volume over 1,000 Swiss made guitars. This incredible growth allowed Relish to secure 3$ million. The newly raised capital will be used for international expansion in particular in the USA, Japan and China, where the company has already some distribution partners lining up. Consolidating its foot in the musical instrument industry, Relish will launch its latest electric guitar innovations at the NAMM Show 2018 in Anaheim California. This yearly event gathers music and sound communities for special events and to introduce the latest cutting edge products in the music market.
Relish Brothers AG was founded in 2013 by Pirmin Giger and Silvan Küng. The company first developed an e-guitar called “Jane” with an ingenious high-tech sandwich construction mode: an aluminum frame encircled with two veneered wood bodies to produce a unique, warm and lasting sound. “Jane” was soon followed by other models with special features like the touch sensor system simplifying the handling of the guitars. In 2014, the two founders have benefited from the help of Venture Kick when they won 130,000 CHF in the final stage, allowing them to consolidate their “swiss made company”.
