Pariter Partners is an investment holding company focused on deeptech and tech transfer opportunities and a coordinator of the main Italian syndicate network specialized in deeptech. Pariter Partner leads the investment involving Italian investors and follows Next Humanity Venture’s investment.

“The KOMP-ACT solution developed by Salvatore De Benedictis and his team demonstrates how research and the entrepreneurial spirit of our researchers are crucial in generating opportunities of strong discontinuity in the technological evolution and represents for us what must be at the base of innovation,” emphasized Matteo Elli and Jari Ognibeni, founders of Pariter Partners. “This solution has all the characteristics to potentially be a game-changer in manufacturing, to make the automation industry increasingly advanced, efficient, and sustainable in environmental and economic terms,” Elli and Ognibeni added.

KOMP-ACT aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 50 million tons by 2040: The startup was born in 2018 from the idea of aerospace engineer Salvatore De Benedictis to help industrial machinery companies adopt new hybrid or fully electric solutions. KOMP-ACT’s patented plug-and-play electric actuators are compact, efficient, and easy to install, use and maintain, and are characterized by a long lifecycle.

“The research brought me to Switzerland, where I could put to use what I started studying in Italy. In these years, however, I have always wanted to create something that had roots in my home country, thanks to Italian investors who believed in my ideas and my project. For this reason, I am very happy that Pariter Partners has recognized the potential of KOMP-ACT and has chosen to invest in contributing to our development,” comments Salvatore De Benedictis, founder and CEO of KOMP-ACT.
