Heidelberg Instruments acquires a majority stake in a Venture Kick alumnus

The Venture Kick alumnus SwissLitho has announced the agreement with Heidelberg Instruments, world leader in production of high-precision maskless lithography systems

The Helvetic nanotech startup SwissLitho, winner of Venture Kick stage three in 2012, will become part of German group. As mentioned in the official press release, Heidelberg Instruments has acquired 70% of the shares, the remaining 30% of the shares are held by the founders and Managing Directors Felix Holzner and Philip Paul which will be managing the office in Zurich.
