The mission of the EPFL spin-off SensArs Neuroprosthetics is to restore limb functionality of people affected by upper and lower exremities amputation and with nerve damages. The startup provides SENSY, a unique worldwide solution which enables amputees to feel again from lost legs. Check out their presentation video from the Brain Forum of 2015 below.
The ETH Zurich spin-off Haelixa develops robust DNA-based tracers, that are easy to identify and quantify, and able to measure temperature, light, pH, and oxidants. Michela Puddu, co-founder of Haelixa and captain of the venture leaders in Technology program 2016 in New York presented her project at the venture leaders Kick-off event in Lausanne.
