Five Venture Kick Alums Feature in Forbes' 30 Under 30

The founders of Agrosustain, FenX, Oxara and Scewo, all recent winners of Venture Kick support, were including in Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Europe.

Olga Dubey, co-founder and chief executive of AgroSustain SA, won 130,000 francs of Venture Kick support in 2018. The Epalinges-based company is developing organic treatments against the fungal pathogens that spoil a sixth of crops between harvest and homes.
Etienne Jeoffroy co-founded Zurich-based FenX, which is recycling mineral waste to make non-flammable and environmentally friendly foam to insulate buildings. So far the project has won 10,000 francs of support from Venture Kick last year and will pitch to another expert jury soon.
Gnanli Landrou's ETH Zurich spin-off, Oxara, is developing chemicals to transform construction waste, such as excavation materials, into a ecological, cement-free concrete that reduce the financial and environmental cost of building worldwide. Young(er) entrepreneurs Bernhard Winter and Pascal Buholzer, together with their over-30 year old co-founder Thomas Gemperle, developed a stair-climbing wheelchair. Since securing 30,000 francs of Venture Kick support in 2017 the trio incorporated Scewo AG in Winterthur and have grown to a team of 14.
