G-Therapeutics

Vincent Delattre, PhD student at EPFL, launched G-Therapeutics, a start-up based on the Prof. Courtines new treatment paradigms. It restored voluntary locomotion in paralyzed animals with a success rate of 100%. G-Therapeutics is translating his findings into an electrochemical neuroprosthesis and a robot-assisted training program to rehabilitate human patients with spinal cord injury.

Play!
Simon Barkow, Play! co-founder, is actually research assistant at University of Zürich. Play! is a e-learning platform centered around a mobile App that teaches you a musical instrument in a
playful way. It allows you to use your own instrument, listens and adapts to you and teaches not only technique but also real musical knowledge.

deceler8.me
The idea of a decelerator was born when Michel Bachmann noticed how difficult it was for himself and his peers to slow down and focus their entrepreneurial energy.
He's now curating the first cohort of participants and will be leading the pilot program as the main facilitator, creating a space for true p2p learning. Before deceler8.me, Michel co-founded the HUB Zürich and has been engaged in various entrepreneurial networks such as Sandbox, THNK and Global Shapers.
