Exit deal for KeyLemon with a multinational company

KeyLemon, 3D face recognition software company based in Martigny, is going to be acquired by AMS, a multinational semiconductor manufacturer.

Venture Kick alumnus in 2007 and winner of CHF 30,000, is a startup company that provides innovative and convenient services based on 3D facial biometric identity authentication. As reported on Startupticker.ch, the two companies announced the agreement today.

The aim of AMS is to bring the Swiss technology to the market and leverage the intellectual property beginning in 2018.

Details about the agreement are undisclosed.
