As the largest international funding program for SMEs seeking to collaborate on R&D projects aimed at creating innovative products, processes, or services for commercialization, Eurostars in collaboration with Innosuisse will provide INERGIO with the resources necessary to join forces with the Department of Energy in Denmark's University of Technology (DTU) and Resolvent SA to prepare for the commercialization of INERGIO's miniaturized power generators.

With DTU and Resolvent SA boasting impressive track records in the development, testing, and optimization of high-temperature fuel cell systems, the partnership has the potential to accelerate the development of INERGIO's InoPower systems and bring them closer to their goal of delivering sustainable energy solutions to wherever is needed.

"INERGIO is grateful for the support received from Venture Kick in 2020, which served as a valuable stepping stone for our business. Thanks to this support, INERGIO was able to validate its business model and hire key personnel. We also recently participated in Venture Leaders Mobile in Barcelona, Cleantech in Munich, showcasing our technology and expanding our network," says Mahmoud Hadad, CEO of Inergio. Inergio also ranked at the TOP 100 Swiss Startup Awards in 2021.

INERGIO is committed to providing green power packs that offer grid independence to customers. The startup specializes in designing and producing lightweight and compact fuel cells that can operate on any fuel source, providing the unique advantage of "fuel flexibility". Its packs are compatible with today's fuels, such as propane (liquid fuel) and natural gas, and are future-compatible with hydrogen, making them completely green once that fuel becomes commercially available. It's worth noting that, currently, only 1% of hydrogen production is based on renewable sources. INERGIO bridges its technology to the hydrogen future. Benefiting from its scalable technology, its product range spans from 50W to kW systems, which enables the startup to meet the diverse energy needs of the market. From off-grid industries to autonomous robotic systems and backup power systems.
