Decentralized Power Grid Platform DEPsys Raises CHF13.2m for International Growth

DEPsys SA, which makes software and hardware for power grid operators to manage energy from decentralized sources, raised 13.2 million Swiss francs from investors including BNP Paribas and SET Ventures.

DEPsys, which operates in ten markets in Europe and Asia, plans to expand in existing markets and in North America, the Puidoux, Switzerland-based company said in a statement on its website.
The company received support from Venture Kick in 2013.
