Bottneuro is a neurotech spin-off from the University of Basel building precision medicine for brain health. We've developed Miamind®, the world's first fully personalized brain stimulation technology that delivers individualized electrical fields tailored to each patient's brain anatomy. No surgery, no implants, no drugs crossing the blood-brain barrier, just physics, non-invasively, at home. Already registered as a medical device in CH/EU/UK, with reimbursement secured for treatment-resistant depression in Switzerland and clinical validation advancing across additional indications. Our lead US indication is spinocerebellar ataxia type 3, a rare disease with no approved standard of care and very strong reimbursement potential.
