Property management remains inefficient and often fails to meet expectations. In the DACH region alone, landlords spend over CHF 20 billion annually on management services, yet 9 out of 10 are dissatisfied. Common issues include poor communication, neglected real estate maintenance, unexpected costs, and weak tenant service, leading to frustration.

Bewy addresses these challenges by combining property management services with agentic AI. Its service and platform automate internal workflows, improve communication, and provide real-time transparency for property owners. By reducing operational complexity and increasing efficiency, the solution lowers costs by up to 30% while improving the experience for both landlords and tenants.

Currently, Bewy operates in Zug, Zurich, Aargau, and Lucerne, serving a double-digit number of clients. These include private owners, single-family offices, as well as corporate real estate companies such as Swiss Prime Site.

The CHF 150,000 from Venture Kick will help Bewy to further develop its technology and scale across Switzerland. With an M&A-driven growth component, the company plans to acquire SME property management companies that lack a succession solution.

Bewy was founded by Luca Serratore (Growth, Investor Relations), Marcandrea Hunkeler (Product, M&A), Gilles Baumann (Technology), and Katrin Leuppi (Property Management), who bring experience from the University of St. Gallen and ETH Zurich. With backgrounds in startups, consulting, and real estate, the team combines business and technical expertise to modernize property management.

"Venture Kick's process is lean and straightforward, yet it opens doors to a valuable network and adds credibility. As Switzerland's leading startup program, it's been a meaningful accelerator for Bewy," highlighted co-founder Luca Serratore.
