Adaptricity gets acquired by Secure Meters

SmartGrid technologies and BigData analysis methods are crucial for the distribution grids of the future, where renewable energies and intelligent algorithms play an increasingly important role. Secure Meters researches, manufactures and deploys products for measuring and monitoring energy usage and its solutions are available in more than 50 countries.

Adaptricity AG and Secure Meters Ltd. will be taking a joint path in the future. The two companies, which are active in the field of sustainable electricity infrastructure, have signed a corresponding purchase agreement after all existing Adaptricity shareholders had previously approved the transfer of their shares to the new owner Secure Meters Ltd. For Adaptricity's customers, everything will remain the same as before. The business activities will continue unchanged and there will also be no changes to the responsible contact persons. With this merger, Adaptricity gains a strong partner at its side. They will be able to develop new products and markets even more efficiently and strengthened in the future, as well as to react more flexibly to customer requirements.
