201 Therapeutics develops a new class of small-molecule therapies that directly target liver cancer cells an approach fundamentally different from current treatments, which mainly act on the tumor microenvironment and leave the majority of patients without durable benefit. Our discovery engine is built on a unique biobank of biopsy-derived hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) organoids, enabling drug discovery directly in patient tumor cells with strong translational relevance. Two structurally novel small-molecule series are advancing toward preclinical development, with the goal of bringing effective options to patients who currently have none.
