The NUSHU smart shoes developed by Magnes enable continuous monitoring of elderly and patients by analyzing their gait. Using state-of-the-art sensors embedded in sneaker shoes and AI-powered algorithms, NUSHU provides clinical-grade gait parameters. The data is synchronized to the cloud wirelessly and AI processes the data to generate automated reports to monitor the progression of the disease as well as fine tuning of medication dosage. Furhtermore, sensor data is processed in real-time on the shoes to give biofeedback to the users about their gait. Real-time feedback can be used to improve the mobility of patients (e.g. Parkinson's patients) and to warn users if the risk of falling is too high.
