Semiconductor epitaxical wafers for high power electronics and ultraviolet-visible optoelectronics.

The project consists in developing new advanced light sources based on GaN semiconductor. Blue lasers and superluminescent diodes will have a strong impact in domains such as high resolution medical imaging, displays and picoprojectors.
